Why can't I find my published products in the Buddify feed?

  1. Make sure to track the quantity of your products.

  2. Have at least 2 units available.

  3. Make sure the product status is set to "Active" and not "Draft."

  4. Ensure that the product is actually published to the "Buddify Sales Channel" and "Online Store" Channel.


    Make sure to track the quantity of all your products if you want them to appear in the Buddify Feed. We want to make sure that inventories are always synced — but as a preventative measure, we require you must have at least 2 available units of a product for it to be visible to other stores in the Buddify Feed.

    Buddify monitors the supplier's inventory levels every hour and displays products as "out of stock" on the retailer's site when inventory sells down to 2 units to avoid overselling.

    If you fulfill orders based on demand, you have the option to manually set the quantity of your products to an arbitrary number, such as 100, and then produce them as needed when orders come in. This approach, combined with actively tracking the quantity, will make your products eligible for inclusion in the Buddify Feed.
