Why am I unable to locate / see my imported products?

After you import a product from another brand, these imported products will initially show up as "Draft" in the Shopify Products Section of your dashboard. If you locate them there, you have the option to set them to "Active." However, if they appear under "Archived" in your products section, it might indicate that these products are no longer available on Buddify. This could be due to the supplier brand either running out of inventory or no longer being a part of Buddify. In the case of inventory issues, once the supplier brand restocks, the imported product will automatically become active and go live in your store again. If the brand has discontinued its association with Buddify, then the products will no longer be available for sale in your online store. This measure is taken to prevent the sale of products that are not currently available on Buddify.
