When another brand sells one of your products, they will need to purchase it from your store. To facilitate this, you need to offer them the option to input their Company Information in the Billing Details section for tax purposes. Given the upcoming "Wholesale" feature, this will become even more crucial. Thus, please ensure that this is completed.

To achieve this, please follow these steps:

Navigate to your Shopify Dashboard and access Settings. Then, select Checkout from the options available on the left-hand menu.

Scroll down and locate Customer Information - Company Name. Here, select the "Optional" option. Remember to save your changes, and you'll be good to go.
