Buddy uses your connected Shopify catalog and enabled store knowledge, including pages, blog articles, policies and the FAQs or guidance you add. It can check current Shopify price and availability for the exact product variant.
AI-attributed sales are purchases associated with an interaction with Buddy. They help you review AI-assisted activity, but attribution alone does not show whether the purchase would have happened without AI.
You can add and maintain store policies, FAQs, product guidance and brand voice for Buddy to use. Keep this information up to date and review suggested improvements before changing your content.
Buddy adds its own storefront widget. If you already use another chat tool, check both widgets in your theme so shoppers can reach the intended experience. Contact us to discuss your current setup.
In the negotiation flow, exit intent is an optional follow-up when a shopper closes the negotiation window or returns from its cart. Depending on your configuration, Buddy can invite them to share contact details or show a final eligible offer within your rules and limits.
