Want to try our smoothie blends but you are not ready to commit to a full-size as you've had bad experiences in the past with terrible tasting powders? Does a pantry full of old tubs of protein powder sound familiar? We have all been there!

Do not despair! We make a sample set so you can try out the range.

It will give you all the nutritional benefits to fill you up and assist with your general nutritional needs or weight loss journey.

You will receive an individually packaged sample size of each blend:

Please note, you can get two smoothies per individual sample pack for trial purposes. Our blends contain high fibre so it's best to start slowly. When increasing fibre it is also advised to increase water consumption.

All samples are now gluten free as we have replaced our Evening Blend with a new Evening blend!

How to Prepare & Serve

Each sample pack makes 2 smoothies. Here's all you need to get started:

1. Add liquid — Pour 250–300 ml of cold water (or milk of your choice) into a shaker or blender.
2. Add the blend and fruit if desired — Empty one sample sachet into your liquid.
3. Mix — Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
4. Enjoy immediately — Best served fresh and chilled.

💧 Water tip: Because our blends are high in fibre, drink an extra glass of water alongside your smoothie, especially when you're just starting out.

🔁 Two servings per pack: Each individual sachet contains enough for two smoothies — great for sharing or spreading across two days.
