How to use
Mix 2½ teaspoons (11 g) into 250 mL (8 oz) of cold water or your morning smoothie. Stir, drink, then follow with a full glass of water.
New to fibre? Start with a smaller amount for a few days and build up gradually.
Ingredients
Organic psyllium husk powder, resistant potato starch (Solnul®), inulin (Orafti® HSI), organic natural vanilla flavour, non-dairy creamer (rice, rice protein, sunflower oil, salt), stevia leaf extract, monk fruit extract, sea salt.
Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre that helps maintain regular bowel movements. Solnul® resistant starch and inulin are prebiotic fibres that help nourish beneficial gut bacteria.
