How to use
Mix 2 teaspoons (7 g) into 250 mL (8 oz) of cold water. Stir, drink, then follow with a full glass of water.
New to fibre? Start with 1 teaspoon for a few days and build up — up to 3 servings daily as tolerated.
Ingredients
Organic psyllium husk powder, inulin (Orafti® HSI), organic natural vanilla flavour, non-dairy creamer (rice, rice protein, sunflower oil, salt), stevia leaf extract, monk fruit extract, sea salt.
