Radio Controlled Timekeeping

This self setting digital wall clock is constantly receiving the MSF UK atomic clock timing signal, so it always shows the correct time. It changes automatically for spring and autumn and checks the time automatically, with an accuracy of 1 second in 10 million years.

MSF is transmitted on 60 kHz from Cumbria and carries a date and time code that radio controlled products use to set themselves. The signal is controlled by atomic clocks and kept in step with the national time maintained by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL).

Digital Display & Functions

The large display shows hours, minutes and seconds in a 12/24 hour format, with the date and weekday. As a digital wall clock with temperature and humidity, it shows the indoor temperature in Centigrade or Fahrenheit together with the humidity level. The alarm has a snooze function, and the clock can be mounted on a wall or stood on a table.
