Combine a duplex receptacle with a GFCI receptacle or compatible rocker switch at one exposed electrical box. This 4-inch square raised combination cover supports the two device types side by side on a surface-mounted metal box.

Made in the USA from 0.0625-inch galvanized steel, this cover has a gray powder-coated finish for a uniform painted appearance on exposed electrical boxes.

• Box fit: Compatible 4-inch square metal electrical boxes.
• Raised profile: 1/2 inch for exposed-work device mounting.
• Configuration: One duplex receptacle opening and one rectangular GFCI/rocker opening.

GFCI mounting: The GFCI box-mounting screw holes are 3.281 inches apart. Confirm that the device strap is compatible with this exposed-work cover. Follow the cover and device manufacturers' instructions for mounting and any required strap-ear removal.
