Zechstein Magnesium Chloride Gel, 1L

What it is: 1 liter of magnesium chloride gel made with magnesium from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. It has a thicker texture than magnesium oil, so it stays where you apply it, which makes it a favorite for massage.

Ingredients: Water, magnesium chloride, hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate (a natural vegetable gelling agent). About 100mg elemental magnesium per 1mL.

How to use: Massage a small amount into clean skin (legs, arms, shoulders, feet). Leave on for 20 minutes or longer, then wash or wipe off and moisturize if you like.
