Q&A
Q: Why does the container on the website look different from the one I received?
A: Due to national supply shortages our containers may change from the pictures on our website from time to time. We pride ourselves in honesty and accuracy, so all products are weighted to provide standardization even if our containers change.
Q: Why have you discontinued most of your flavors.
A: Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products. All our fruit and flavors are organic. Organic fruit like pineapple, strawberries, or kiwi used in sea moss significantly reduces the shelf life of the product from 4 week to 1 week. We believe this is not fair to our customers. We have continued to keep our organic ginger, lime, and local honey flavor, as it continues to prove that it can maintain the expected shelf life.
