Damascus Steel and Blade DetailThe blade is carefully made by combining VG-10 & 15N20 Steel through layering, welding, and hammering. This process makes each blade have its own special design, like a fingerprint. Each knife is a unique work of art.
Damascus steel has outstanding properties such as strength and hardness. We amplify its properties by oil quenching it at 2100 deg F to cool it down fast and we do it twice to make sure it’s hard to its inner core to withstand any kind of work you may put it to use. It achieves 62–65 HRC on the Rockwell Scale.
Scales & HandleThe elegant handle is made using highly figured Ebony wood handle. It has been sealed to prevent cracking or drying and preserve the handle for lifetime.
Size & Measurements- Material: Hand forged 67 layers twisted Damascus steel blade from VG-10 & 15N20. Highly figured exotic sandalwood handle.
