Damascus Steel and Blade Detail

The Crusader blade is carefully forged by combining copper, 1095 steel, and 15N20 steel through repeated layering, welding, and hammering. This process creates a distinctive Copper Damascus pattern across the blade, giving every knife its own individual appearance.

Because the layers develop differently during forging and finishing, no two Crusader blades are exactly alike. Each knife carries its own unique pattern and handcrafted character.

The blade is heat treated to approximately HRC 62+ hardness, providing a strong balance of sharpness, durability, edge retention, and dependable cutting performance for hunting and outdoor use.

Scales & Handle

The handle is crafted from a natural antler crown, giving the Crusader a rugged, traditional appearance with distinctive natural texture and character.

Because antler is a natural material, variations in color, shape, and surface pattern make every handle unique.

A Damascus S-guard separates the blade and handle, adding both visual character and a traditional Bowie-style finishing detail. The handle is carefully finished and sealed to help preserve its condition over time.
