Damascus Steel and Blade Detail

The blade is carefully hand forged using 1095 & 15N20 steel through a process of layering, welding, hammering, and shaping. This traditional forging process creates a distinctive Damascus pattern across every blade, giving each knife its own unique appearance similar to a fingerprint. Each Stealth knife is individually handcrafted and visually distinctive.

Damascus steel is known for its strength, hardness, and edge retention. The blade is oil quenched twice at approximately 2100°F to develop hardness throughout the steel. The finished blade achieves approximately HRC 62+ on the Rockwell Scale for dependable cutting performance, durability, and long-term edge retention.

Scales & Handle

The handle is handcrafted using premium exotic olive wood, selected for its distinctive natural grain, rich character, and durable feel. The wood is carefully treated and finished to help resist moisture, heat, cold, and everyday outdoor conditions. Full tang construction extends the blade steel through the handle for added structural strength, balance, and stability, while multiple rivets help reinforce the handle assembly.
