The blade is hand forged from 1095 and 15N20 steel through repeated layering, welding, and hammering. This traditional process creates the distinctive Damascus pattern across the blade, giving every knife its own individual appearance.

The blade is heat treated to approximately HRC 62+ hardness, providing a dependable balance of strength, sharpness, durability, and edge retention.
