Lightning X MB45 Stocked Tactical EMS Backpack

The Lightning X LXMB45-SKM is a stocked tactical medic backpack that combines modular organization with MOLLE attachment points and hydration access. This stocked version includes the kit shown in the photo below, along with four removable zippered pouches with transparent windows to help keep supplies visible and accessible.

Modular storage for EMS gear

Arrange your supplies in the four removable pouches before heading out, then lift out the pouch you need rather than searching through loose equipment. The transparent windows help you identify the contents while keeping them organized.

• Four removable pouches: Zippered storage with transparent windows for visible, accessible organization.
• MOLLE platform: Attachment points on the front, sides and rear for compatible pouches, tools, a nameplate or a morale patch.
• Hidden hydration port: Left- and right-side openings provide options for routing a hydration bladder tube.
• Weight-distributing shoulder strap system: Designed to help keep the backpack riding high on your back when loaded.
