This ‘tic disorder’ card contains an overview the condition. It says:

“I have a tic disorder. I frequently make involuntary movements and noises, called tics. These may include obscene and socially inappropriate words or gestures. I can’t control them. It is exhausting. Talking about them can make them more intense.

Please don’t stare or take offence.
