Ingredients: Chamomile, lemon grass, lavender, peppermint, blackberry leaves, lemon balm, rose petals, orange blossoms, heather blossoms.

To brew: bring 6 to 8 ounces water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon tea to a cup, pour water over the tea, steep for 4 to 5 minutes, strain and enjoy.
