Family Peace Palm

Peace Palm

This limited edition artwork was made by Rec.Collect and Mum! This family collaboration uses this ancient tree to symbolise peace, traditions and belonging. These prints feature a rich, more complex approach that is drawn from years of motherly expertise, this combination of our two styles is intentional and specific- each work is layered with stories and personality. What a unique thing to see generational harmonising through paint and ink.

This Palm is layered with hand drawn iconography to symbolise the hope we have in family. Layered impasto textures invite your gaze for a moment or two of pondering. You may even find yourself in these works if you look and feel long enough .

Each print is printed on 300 GSM cotton archival paper
