Kohlrabi (Purple Skin)

Kohlrabi is a very mild-tasting member of the cabbage family, and is highly popular in Germany. Its sweet, crunchy flesh makes it ideal for eating raw, but it can also be cooked. Our white and purple varieties stand out for their shape, vigour, uniformity, tender flesh, smooth skin and leaf quality.

📏 SPACING | Rows: 25cm-30cm apart | Plants: 10cm apart

🥗 HARVEST |  5 weeks, depending on location & weather conditions

🌡️ CONDITIONS | Sunny position, well-drained, non-acidic soil rich in organic matter. Water frequently to prevent it being tough and woody to eat. Do not allow to dry out as inconsistent watering will cause the roots to split.
