Then It Dawned On Me is a light roast Colombian coffee with just the right touch of cherry and vanilla.  Smooth, bright, and enlightened - just like you, after a cup.  You’ve seen the light, and it’s delicious.  

This single-origin coffee is our lightest roast offering.  Sourced from small, family-owned farms in the Hulia region of Colombia, this coffee is smooth, sweet, and satisfying.   This coffee has delicate cherry notes with just a hint of vanilla.
