Shipping & Freight

Important: These signs ship by freight, not UPS.
You have two options when ordering:

1. Order with a Placeholder Freight Charge – A temporary freight cost will be added to your order. Once the actual shipping cost is confirmed, we’ll bill or refund the difference.

2. Request a Freight Quote – Ask us to provide a freight rate to your address before completing your order (a new window will open).

Why Freight Quotes Matter: Costs vary by delivery location and services (e.g., liftgate, residential, or rural delivery).

Other Options

• Windy area? Get a quote with rigid track for rigid letters (sold separately).

• Separate shipping: Add-on items may ship separately and may incur additional cost.

Production Time

Signs are custom-built. Please allow 1–2 weeks for manufacturing after your order is entered. ⚠️ Note: Once an order is placed, a cancellation fee applies.
