Durable Landing Gear Skid Set for WLtoys XK K270 UH-60L Black Hawk

Durable Landing Gear Skid Set for WLtoys XK K270 UH-60L Black Hawk

Protect Your Airframe During Touchdowns

A cracked or missing landing gear makes the helicopter tilt during takeoff, often leading to a dynamic rollover and blade damage. This WLtoys K270 Landing Gear set solves the instability of a broken undercarriage. It provides a wide, sturdy base that absorbs the shock of hard landings, keeping the fuselage and sensitive internal electronics safely off the ground. Ships worldwide.

Product Highlights

• Shock-Absorbing Composite: Engineered to flex slightly upon impact, dissipating energy and protecting the main frame from structural stress.

• Wide Stance Stability: Designed with a scale-accurate width to provide maximum stability during takeoffs and landings in light wind.

• Perfect Fuselage Integration: Molded to fit the K270’s mounting points exactly, ensuring a clean look without visible gaps or loose parts.

• Lightweight Construction: Adds minimal weight to the airframe, preserving the helicopter's agility and power-to-weight ratio.

Install Tips

• Slot Alignment: Carefully line up the struts with the fuselage mounting slots; applying pressure at an angle can snap the mounting tabs.

• Secure Fastening: If your model uses screws to retain the gear, ensure they are snug but avoid over-tightening into the plastic frame to prevent stripping.

• Level Surface Check: Once installed, place the helicopter on a flat surface to ensure it sits perfectly level; a tilted stance can interfere with gyro initialization.
