How to use

Apply oil with gentle movements on the limbs, starting from the foot or palm, along the blood and lymph flow in the direction of the heart. Massage can be performed several times a day or in the evening before going to bed.

• Do not use for children under 2 years of age; pregnant women should not use for long periods before the fourth month of pregnancy
