Cliff Honey (4000m)

Between the peaks of Manaslu and Annapurna lies Lamjung, where Gurung communities have practiced their honey-hunting tradition for centuries. Harvested from cliffs at 3,000 to 4,000 meters, this wild honey thrives among red rhododendrons, wildflowers, and mountain herbs. Light amber in color with a smooth texture, it carries floral notes and hints of wild herbs—a reflection of its high-altitude purity.
