Some things just shouldn't be rushed — and these artichokes are proof. We cold-smoke tender artichoke hearts slowly over hardwood, giving them a depth and richness you won't find in a typical jarred artichoke — earthy, smoky, and never bland.
They're endlessly versatile: fold them into a creamy dip, toss them through pasta, layer them onto a pizza, or add them straight to a charcuterie board for something a little different from the usual olives and cheese.
Made in small batches in Burnaby, BC, the way we'd want it made for our own table.
