Peach Starrkist - Seeds

Peach Starrkist - (Capsicum chinense)

The Peach Starrkist, a captivating pepper variety developed by Khang Starr, is a vibrant peach-to-orange fruit that showcases a unique blend of genetics from the MOA Scotch Bonnet and Bahamian Goat. As a cousin of the Lemon StarrBurst and Scarlet Rose, this variant is less flat than its relatives but retains some pod tails typical of its lineage. With thick walls and a sweet, fruity flavor accented by a hint of bitterness, the Peach Starrkist offers a mid to upper-level habanero heat. These productive plants can grow over 4 to 5 feet tall, often yielding more than 100 pods per plant, making them excellent for sauces, salsas, and even stuffed preparations. Their appealing color and tropical aroma make them a delightful addition to any garden or culinary repertoire.

Heat level: 100,000 to 200,000 SHU – Hot.
