Open mind

Arusha (Golden) Quartz is a distinctive sparkling Quartz crystal from mines in the Arusha region of Tanzania. The sparkling Golden or Strawberry colour comes from iron oxide locked in the Quartz. It is sometimes called Golden Sunstone, which is a misnomer.

Arusha Quartz is valued for its uplifting and clarity-promoting properties. It supports open-mindedness and mental clarity. Arusha Quartz reinforces the need to maintain an emotional distance in a trying or argumentative situation. It might prompt you to leave a difficult situation, rather than add to growing tensions. It helps calm you afterwards and help you not to take things personally and to have a rational, open mind when considering the inter-personal dynamics and communications.
