What we'll do:

learn about flavours, chillies, and what makes a good sauce
make your own chilli jam or sauce from fresh + seasonal ingredients
learn how to make sure your sauce is safely preserved
share a light meal and try each other's creations
take home jars or bottles of what you've made! (you'll usually make around a litre of sauce)
