Our freeze-dried Arugula is bold, peppery and a little nutty. It's an easy way to add a fresh green bite and natural plant compounds to everyday meals.

Ingredients: Arugula microgreens

Vitamins & nutrients: Vitamin K, folate, vitamins A and C, calcium, natural nitrates, and glucosinolates (erucin)

Flavor: Peppery and nutty, with a mild mustard kick.

How to use: Sprinkle over pizza, pasta and eggs, mix into salad dressings and pesto, top avocado toast, or stir into soups at the end.
