WHEN & HOW TO USE IT

After Training:

Consume after workouts, between meals, or before bed to boost daily calories and protein. Use Clean Gainer alongside meals—not as a replacement. For best results, use consistently with weight training.

Mixing Directions Basic: Mix 2 scoops with 14–16 oz. of water, milk, or a beverage of choice. Shake or blend until smooth.
