Universal Adjustment System: The "A" model includes a complete set of 3 interchangeable mounting blocks. This patented system helps the phone snap firmly onto virtually any bedrail (metal or plastic) ranging from 0.75" to 1.25" wide.

How do I know if this fits my bed?

The RH-100A is designed as a "Universal" solution. It comes with three different sized inserts (blocks). You simply hold them up to your bedrail, pick the one that fits the gap, and snap the phone on. It fits standard Hill-Rom, Stryker, and most home-care rental beds.

Does it sit on a table?

No. This model is specifically contoured to hug a rail. It does not have feet to sit flat on a nightstand. If you need a table phone, look at our D520U model.

Is the volume loud?

Yes. It meets FCC standards for hearing aid compatibility and includes a volume control slide on the inside of the handset to help ensure clear audio.

Installation Tip: The phone mounts purely via tension (no tools required). Ensure the adjustment block is seated firmly before snapping the faceplate closed for a wiggle-free fit.
