Sleeple Firelite (Amber LED) Torch

Our Firelite amber torch is the perfect gadget for lighting the night as it contains no blue-light wavelengths, so promotes healthy sleep patterns and protects the body clock which controls the timing of all physiological processes in the body.

Standard LED lights (and screens) have a very large component of blue-light wavelengths. For millennia  we have had no blue-light after dark. Blue-light wavelengths suppress the nightly production of melatonin. Melatonin is a potent anti-oxidant and multi functioning anti-cancer agent.

Protect your sleep and well-being with this handy torch. Ideal for those up at night; with babies and young children, working night shifts, or finding your way to the bathroom, and then being able to get back to sleep afterwards.

Don't forget to adjust your screens too, check the downloadable eBook - "The Ups & Downs of Circadian Rhythms" for instructions, comes free with every order!
