Instructions:

• Methylene blue taken orally has a half life of about 20 hours. For optimal effects, consume roughly 8-12 hours apart, at least 5 hours away from sleeping. Ideally, it is taken upon waking and in the mid-afternoon.
• Each 1 mL is 10 mg of methylene blue. Example, dosing at 150 mg/day in 2 divided doses of 75 mg, you will draw / measure out 7.5 mL of the 1% solution
