Rock Technologies Power Putty - Finger Warm-Up & Rehab (3 Strengths)

Rock Technologies Power Putty is a simple, effective finger trainer for warming up, building strength and supporting rehab. Work your hands and fingers through a natural range of motion before a session, or while recovering from strain and injury, and do it anywhere from the crag to the sofa.

It's a non-stick, pliable exercise putty, so there's no mess, it's comfortable to handle and the resistance stays consistent. It comes in three strengths: Easy (yellow) for beginners, rehabilitation, light warm-ups and stress relief; Medium (green) for intermediate climbers, regular warm-ups and maintenance training; and Hard (blue) for experienced climbers, strength training and higher-resistance warm-ups. Each one includes 12 suggested exercises so you can warm up effectively, train safely and build strength progressively.
