The DMM Halfnut Set 1-11 is a full run of slimmed-down passive protection for shallow cracks, pin scars and the placements a standard nut is too wide for. All eleven weigh 250g together – 42% lighter than the equivalent Wallnut sizes.

Halfnuts aren't just a lighter rack; they get into places Wallnuts won't. The tapered shapes work in several orientations, the wire stems keep racking low-bulk, and colour-coding lets you pick the size by eye. Sizes 1-4 use a harder alloy, 5-11 a softer one that seats more securely in the rock.
