The Blue Ice Blast Helmet is an ultralight alpine climbing helmet, from 145g, built for climbers who want maximum protection with minimal bulk. A hybrid construction combines a one-piece EPP shell, EPS impact zones, a polycarbonate outer layer and an Aramid reinforcement layer, giving you a slim, tough helmet you'll barely notice on fast, technical objectives.
It's designed for high-output days: ventilation is excellent, and the ultralight adjustable webbing harness fits a wide range of head shapes, with room for a beanie when it's cold. Headlamp clips and elastic hold your torch securely for alpine starts, the buckle works in gloves, and it sits happily with everything from glacier glasses to goggles. Choose the Blast when weight matters and you still want a helmet you can trust on ice, alpine and multi-pitch ground.
